Welcome to my yoga community! I’m LiLi, a passionate yoga teacher, wellness advocate, and lifelong student of mind-body healing. My mission is to guide you on your own journey toward peace, balance, and vitality through the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, and sound healing.
My wellness journey began in 2004 in when I stepped into my first yoga class. During shavasana, I discovered a profound sense of peace that changed my life. Battling health challenges, including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia and later diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (a connective tissue disorder) and Masthenia Gravis (an neuromuscular disease), I found yoga and meditation to be powerful tools for healing and resilience. This experience inspired me to share these practices with others, helping you improve your quality of life and find calm amidst life’s storms.
With over 300 hours of Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, My teaching style is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Anusara, and Ashtanga Yoga. My classes are a combination of mindful movement, breathwork, and compassion to create a welcoming space for all, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner. As a student of Zen Buddhism, an Usui Reiki Master, and a student of somatics, I weave mindfulness, body awareness, and energy healing into my teaching, drawing on over 20 years of personal practice to support your growth.
