All Levels Yoga at Leilani Community Center. Beginner Friendly. Alignment based slow flow. Gentle stretching, basic breathwork, standing asanas to build strength, rest and relaxation. Suggested donation $5-20

Beginner-friendly, all levels class offers a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe space where you can feel at home in your body. You’ll be guided through breathwork, gentle flows, mindful alignment, and with options to modify. Donations appreciated (Suggested $5-20)

🌺 Root to Rise: A Women’s Yoga Retreat

Reconnect with your body, your breath, and the wisdom of the Earth. Root to Rise is a sacred immersion designed to help women ground deeply and rise into their fullest expression of self.

Through gentle SACRED Flow yoga, meditation, sound healing, and connection with nature, we’ll return to our roots — restoring balance in the body, clarity in the mind, and nourishment for the soul.

Friday: Arrival and Grounding

  • 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Arrival and Check-In - Welcome, intention-setting, and gentle integration into the retreat space.

    • Guests settle into accommodations, explore the retreat space, and enjoy herbal tea or light refreshments.

    • Welcome packets with schedules and journaling prompts provided.

  • 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Opening Circle & Intention-Setting

    • Introductions, share retreat intentions, and a brief meditation to ground the group.

    • Journaling

  • 5:30 PM – 6:30PM: Gentle Yoga & Breathwork

    • A restorative yoga session with guided breathwork to release travel stress and connect body and mind.

  • 6:30PM – 7:30 PM: Welcome Dinner

    • Nourishing, vegetarian/vegan meal to foster community and connection.

  • 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Sound Healing Session

    • Relaxing session with crystal bowls, drumming, and chimes to promote deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

    • Journaling: Post-session reflection & Herbal Tea

Saturday: Deepening Connection

Inner exploration, nature, and community bonding.

  • 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Morning Meditation & Journaling

    • Guided sunrise meditation 

    • Journaling

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Energizing Yoga Flow

    • A dynamic vinyasa yoga session to awaken the body.

    • Breathwork to energize and focus the mind.

  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast

    • Healthy, plant-based breakfast with seasonal fruits, smoothies, teas

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Nature Walk & Mindful Time in Nature

    • Guided walk through nearby trails with moments of silence to connect with nature.

  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch

  • 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Cacao Ceremony

    • Sacred cacao ceremony to open the heart and foster emotional connection.

    • Includes gentle movement, guided meditation, and sharing circle

  • 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Free Time

    • Options for rest, journaling, exploring the grounds, or one-on-one time with facilitators (e.g., for coaching or energy work).

    • Quiet spaces provided for personal reflection.

  • 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Breathwork Workshop

    • Guided breathwork session to release stuck energy and access deeper emotions.

  • 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Dinner

  • 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Fire Ceremony

    • Fire ceremony to release limiting beliefs and set intentions.

  • 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Evening Wind-Down & Sharing Circle

    • Tea & Guided meditation to close the evening.

Sunday: Integration and Closure

Reflecting, integrating, and preparing to return to daily life.

  • 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Morning Meditation & Gentle Yoga

    • Guided meditation to center the mind, followed by a gentle yoga flow to stretch and awaken the body.

    • Focus: Gratitude and integration of the weekend’s experiences.

    • Journaling: Reflect on gratitude (prompt: "What am I grateful for from this retreat?").

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast

  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Closing Workshop & Journaling

    • Interactive workshop to integrate retreat experiences, including guided journaling and group discussion.

    • Includes a short partner or group exercise to share intentions.

  • 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Sound Healing & Integration

    • Final sound healing session to harmonize energy and seal the retreat experience.

  • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Closing Circle

    • Gather for a final sharing circle to express gratitude, insights, or intentions.

  • 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Farewell Lunch

    • Final communal meal to celebrate the weekend and say goodbyes.

  • 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Departure

    • Guests pack up, check out, and departure
